Present: Chair Bob Gebo called the meeting to order at 2:11 p.m. in the presence of Member Ken
Przygocki, Member Dennis Cowan, Chief Examiner Steve Richmond, and Secretary Julie Shannon and
Clerk Kristen Bennett.
Approval of Minutes: Chair Gebo moved to approve the regular meeting minutes of May 30, 2023,
as presented. Member Przygocki seconded the Motion. The Motion carried.
Closed Session: The Commission scheduled a Closed Session from 2:10 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. to update
and discuss the Eligibility List for Support Services, exemption as outlined in RCW 42.30.110(g). The
Commission concluded the Executive Session and resumed the regular meeting at 2:32 p.m.
Member Przygocki moved to have all applicants who tested, be interviewed. Member Cowan
seconded the motion. The motion carried.
Public Comment: No comments received.
New Business: Not addressed.
Closing Remarks: Chair Gebo called for a moment of silence for former Chief Examiner Al Schrader
who passed away in August, 2023.
Notice of Adjournment: Chair Gebo adjourned the regular meeting at 2:37 p.m. until the next
regular or special meeting as properly noticed.
