We invite you to the leadership development morning course <https://maggiechumbley.us3.list-manage.com/track/click?u=c9aa67fac5dbb7c600f79915f&id=77cf3567fa&e=a7e730474c> we are offering
in 2024 for local leaders. We hope to provide the essential but rare chance for local leaders in formal positions of leadership to know each other, learn, and reflect together. We've
designed this course for you to feel seen, supported, and informed as you refine your leadership practice.
We are noticing that it feels particularly challenging to lead right now.

We’ve designed six morning sessions (breakfast included!) where we will explore crucial leadership concepts in the context of your personal leadership style and circumstances. You can
expect thoughtful content, conversations, and shared consultation on how to navigate the complexities of leadership in our ever-evolving community landscape.
We'll meet at Fort Worden Commons on Wednesday mornings 7:30-9:30 a.m.
