IN THE MATTER OF }
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC ON }
611I AVENUE. COUNTY ROAD No. 667109 }
RESOLUTION NO. 65-06
WHEREAS, planned construction work on 611I Avenue, County Road Project No, CR1205, shall cause interruption
and unavoidable delays to traffic, and
WHEREAS, potential hazard exists for the construction workers and the motoring public, and
WHEREAS, the availability of alternate routes provides that the closure will not cause significant inconvenience for
the motoring public, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 47.48 R.C.W. authorizes closure of roads,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that said 611I Avenue, County Road No. 667109, from milepost 0.00, E. Moore St.
intersection, to milepost 0.19, E. Maude St. intersection, shall be ternporarily closed to all traffic except that of adjacent
property owners, emergency vehicles, necessary delivery vehicles, and official vehicles of the Federal, State, and County
Governments. Said closure will occur for the duration of the construction period beginning October 16, 2006, and remain in
effect until the road construction project is completed, or no later than November 17, 2006, or until such earlier date that it is
determined to be safe for traffic, and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that authority to apprqve the road closure dates and times is hereby delegated to the
County Engineer.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of October 2006.

7th Avenue. Follow 7th Avenue northerly to E. Moore Street, follow E. Moore Street
