The staff will not read the document to verify the accuracy or completeness of the indexing information provided herein. e- r:rJ - 31 ).5 .or, J1ltl4--~ ,4~ )/~.It{.{), ':&h M-i~f STATE OF WASHINGTON COUNTY OF JEFFERSON 1111111111111111111111 ~,~~~;.3 12/14/2006 03:01P .J..ff..r~nn r:nllntv t:lllrl .l~~~~~~ON r.OIINTV r:OM ~~~O 111 111111 ORGANIZATION AND DE CLARA TION } OF RESULT OF ELECTION } JEFFERSON COUNTY } CEMETERY DISTRICT NO.3} RESOLUTION NO. 83-06 WHEREAS, a petition was properly filed with the County Auditor and found to be sufficient and forwarded to the County Commissioners for the formation of a Cemetery District in the Gardiner area of Jefferson County and; and WHEREAS, the County Commissioners set a public hearing for June 26, 2006 and provided notice as required in RCW 68.52.110; and WHEREAS, at the conclusions of the public hearing, the County Commissioners passed Resolution No. 38-06 approving the formation of Cemetery District 3 and establishing the boundaries as petitioned; and WHEREAS, at the General Election held on November 7, 2006, the proposition to form Cemetery District No.3 to be located in Gardiner was submitted to the voters of Precincts 101, 102 and a portion of 103 (Craig Rd) for their approval or rejection; and WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Auditor has certified in writing that on November 28, 2006, the General Election results were officially certified and that two-thirds of all votes cast were in favor of the formation of Jefferson County Cemetery District No.3 and a Commissioner was elected for each of the three Commissioner positions as per RCW 68.52.140. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOL VED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners that Cemetery District No.3 be and is duly organized with the boundaries established as provided in Attachment A to this resolution. BE IT FINALLY RESOL VED, that the following named candidates received the highest number of votes for Commissioner of said District and are hereby declared duly elected as the first Cemetery District Commissioners of Jefferson County Cemetery District No.3.
