Dear Mr. Hansen:
I have reviewed the proposed grading plan for the building site at 692 Sugaz Hill Road. 'The
grading will involve removing the upper soil layer at the top of the gentle sloping ridge such that
a level building area will be created. The removed soil will be placed on gentle slope on the
eastern portion of the property. The grading plan is consistent with my recommendations for
development of this site near a potentially hazardous slope. Grading of the upper portion of the
property as proposed will not pose a risk to the subject property or increase the risk of slope failures
on or off the site.
