Dear Greg:
As you may recall, KPTZ was granted funding from the County for our Morgan Hill emergency services project. For a variety of reasons, the Morgan Hill project is not going ahead at this
time. Some of those functions are being shifted to Rainshadow Road where (as you may know) we are building our new tower and emergency transmitter. We would like to redirect that
original grant to the Rainshadow project.
Attached is a cover letter and a proposal that explains everything. Taylor sent you and advance copy on Friday. We look forward to talking to you about this request.
