Any changes or modifications to the proposal resulting in new, additional, or altered impacts will require further review and mitigation as appropriate. 1. Security and other lighting shall be hooded or directed away from adjacent streets and properties and not create glare to passing traffic. 2. Illumination of signs shall only be by indirect means. 3. Adequate means for the efficient ingress and egress of emergency vehicles shall be provided on the project site. 4. Parking and loading areas shall be designed in such a manner that all traffic will be travelling in a forward motion when entering or Ieaving the project site. S.
