Quilcene Road At your request, our department recently reviewed the construction of a carport at 1130 East Quilcene Road, and has the following comments : 1 . The Northeast corner of the carport is approximately 14 feet from the centerline of the East Quilcene Road. Our records show the right of way on this side of the road to be 30 feet, meaning the structure is well within the right of way. 2 . The close location of the carport to the edge of the East Quilcene Road presents a hazard not only to traffic using East Quilcene Road, but also to traffic using the access at 1130 East Quilcene Road.
