NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO Annette Huenke and Alex Vinniski, their heirs
and assigns, and the general public that the single family residence
located at 540 Prospect does not meet structural or life safety
requirements including those for woodstoves and wood cook stoves of the
1988 Uniform Building Code, in effect when the permit was issued, or the
Jefferson County Building Code Ordinance. The property owners have
agreed to make the necessary corrections and the structure will be
inspected to certify that it meets the design and construction and/or
installation requirements of said code. Therefore, the notice to title
filed under number 347256 and recorded on page 298 Volume 362 of the
official records of Jefferson County is hereby rescinded.
