Please, please, please do not allow the expensive aquatic center to be built. We live on a fixed income and with the costs of everything going up, we absolutely cannot absorb costs!
It is something that the vast majority of our county will never be able to use. Recently we had cause to travel to the Washington coast and saw signs "entering Jefferson county"!
Our first thought was that those unfortunate people would be required to pay for a pool that they absolutely could never ever use! The pool would only be used by a select few right
in the Port Townsend area and since in theory you represent all of us, you know how un-equitable the proposition is. PLEASE do NOT allow it.
