I’m a longtime Chimacum resident. This idea for an aquatic center will be mostly for the wealthy residents who have moved to Jefferson County. Most of the residents in Port Hadlock
and Chimacum cannot afford higher property taxes to pay for a pool and other facilities for Port Townsend!
This is another example of why middle class families are leaving this area. They just can’t afford taxes and the high cost of living expenses.
Save our County and VOTE NO!
