In accordance with the Caretaker Agreement between Jefferson County and Cher West-Albright
(Caretaker),Section Two-Terms of Agreement, signed Feb 6th, 2023, I am requesting renewal of this
same agreement.
Section Two states that this agreement is renewable by mutual agreement of both parties and the
Caretaker shall request in writing said renewal not less than sixty(60) days prior to the expiration of this
agreement.
Copies of this written request have been given also to:
Monte Reinders, Public Works Director: and
Matt Tyler, Parks and Recreation director.
