9. New Business –
I. “Annual Meeting” of Council (per Bylaws Art. III, Section 2)
a. TCC Officers - Per Article III, Section 3. "At each annual meeting, the council
members shall elect from their number the following officers: Current - Chair
(Diana), Vice Chair (Cleone Telling), and Recorder Crystie – duties assigned to
and accepted by (Steve). Officers of the council so elected shall hold office
during the following calendar year, and may be re-elected to the same position"
b. 2024 Proposed TCC Meeting Schedule (2nd Tuesday of each month, 10AM
Hybrid), 2024 Dates: 1/9, 2/13, 3/12, 4/9, 5/14, 6/11, 7/9*, 8/13/23*, 9/10, 10/8,
11/12, 12/10 (*typically skip for summer)
c. Continuation of MOU with Marketing Coordinator
