half of the six mornings are dedicated to group consultation.
Why so much time?
In our experience, some of our own most powerful insights came from other dedicated leaders helping us navigate our challenges. There is so much to learn from each other’s wisdom, and
by processing each other's problems of practice. We are confident you’ll gain a lot from both giving and receiving consultation.
Also, the complexity science, systems thinking, and coaching techniques we’ve studied tell us that discernment processes are paramount. The solutions to our most chronic challenges already
exist within us and the systems we are part of.
We'll meet at Fort Worden Commons for six Wednesdays 7:30-9:30 a.m.
January 17, February 7, March 6, April 10, May 1, June 5.
