The meeting began at 10:11 a.m. Board of Equalization members Daryl Gillette, Margaret Taylor and
Pete Raab were present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Vice-Chair Taylor moved to approve the meeting minutes of May11,
2022. Member Raab seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
FORMATION OF THE BOARD
OATH: All members were sworn in by the Clerk of the Board.
ELECTION: Member Taylor moved to appoint Member Gillette to serve as Chairman of the Board
for the 2022 appeal season. Member Raab seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
Chairman Gillette moved to appoint Member Taylor to serve as Vice-Chairman of the Board for the
2021 appeal season. Member Raab seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
All members agreed to sign the Minutes and Proceedings form in person.
ESTABLISH REGUALR MEETING SCHEDULE: The Board discussed and agreed to establish the
2023 Regular Meeting schedule to be every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 a.m. beginning January 26,
2023 and ending June 13, 2023, skipping the first Tuesday of each month.
DISCUSSION: General Board of Equalization topics were discussed to include, Review of Process
and Procedure, Review of Petition Log and Future Agenda Items
ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Gillette moved to adjourn the meeting at 10:58 a.m. Member Raab seconded the motion
which carried by a unanimous vote.
