Chairman Daryl Gillette called the meeting to order at 10:03 a.m. in the presence of Vice-Chairman
Margaret Taylor and Member Pete Raab.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Vice-Chairman Taylor moved to approve the special meeting minutes for February 9, 2023. Member
Raab seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
