To Whom It May Concern:
I intend to build a garage on my property at Beckett Point.
This will entail building 5 feet from my septic tank and also
building an enclosed floor 4 feet above the septic tank, leaving
it open for pumping and possible repair. I understand I will
need a variance for this. I am applying for this now.
