Big State Housing Reforms In Montana... But That Doesn't Mean Cities Should Wait

For those talking about housing policy (and these days that seems like everybody!), Montana's reforms were the standout story of the summer. So should other cities wait for statehouse
reforms?
Nope! As BCP Policy Director Patrick Tuohey points out, there are plenty of ready-to-run options for cities that want to increase their housing supply and stabilize fast-rising prices
without waiting on the legislature.
