1. Drainage from the site shall be disposed in a manner so as to not adversely
affect adjacent properties or public rights-of-way.
2. Security and other lighting shall be hooded or directed away from adjacent
streets and properties and not create glare to passing traffic.
3. Adequate means for the efficient ingress and egress of emergency vehicles
shall be provided on the project site.
4. Parking and loading areas shall be designed in such a manner that all traffic
will be travelling in a forward motion when entering or leaving the project
site.
5. One free standing sign, no larger than four square feet shall be permitted on
the premises. The sign shall not be lighted. No off-premise signs shall be
permitted.
