Dear Mr. Abbott:
A building permit was issued to you on ,August 15, 1988 for a detached
garage. A progress check was conducted./.on September 29, 1989 and found
that construction has not began. Therefore, in accordance with the
Jefferson County Building Code Ordinance, your permit is hereby cancelled.
Should you decide to build in the future, reapplication is required.
If you have any questions, please contact me between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m.;
weekdays at 385-9141.
