Box 593 Quilcene, Washington 98376 Re: Auto Repair, Linger Longer Road Dear Mr. Davidson: Your proposal for an auto repair shop is acceptable contingent on the provisions of your site plan and the following conditions of approval: 1. Drainage from the site shall be disposed in a manner so as to not adversely affect adjacent properties or public rights-of-way. 2. An all weather surface (gravel) shall be provided for all parking, outside storage areas, and roadways. 3. Security and other lighting shall be hooded or directed away from adjacent streets and properties and not create glare to passing traffic. 4. Illumination of signs shall only be by indirect means. No off premise signs shall be permitted. 5. Adequate means for the efficient ingress and egress of emergency vehicles shall be provided on the project site. 6. Parking and loading areas shall be designed in such a manner that all traffic will be travelling in a forward motion when entering or leaving the project site. 7. A minimum of four parking spaces shall be required on the site. 8. Access onto Linger Longer Road shall be subject to the approval of the Jefferson County Public Works Department. 9. Larr7scaping of the site is encouraged. 10. The business must not create any adverse impact to surrounding properties or adjacent rights-of-way in terms of noise, odors,lighting or traffic. 11. The buffer areas indicated on the site plan shall be maintained by the property owner. If you have any questions, please call me.
