Robin Bailey 161 Hiller Road Hadlock WA 98339 Re: Woodstove Permit Cancellation: Section 7 , Township 29 North, Range 1 East, WM. Dear Ms . Bailey: A woodstove permit was issued to you on August 17 , 1988 . On August 18 , 1988 , an inspection of the existing masonary chimney, found that it lacks the required minimum clearance of two inches and therefore was not approved. On August 3 , 1989 a renewal notice was sent to you stating that a final inspection was required or that reapplication is necessary to maintain a valid permit . Due to lack of renewal or final inspection your permit is hereby cancelled in accordance with the Jefferson County Building Code Ordinance.
