Proceeds support the arts in the schools program. Santa came to visit with his merry elves and then rode the Kiwanis Choo Choo to the Haller Fountain with Mayor Faber to light the community tree. The Wild Rose Chorale serenaded us with holiday tunes while patrons did their holiday shopping. Thanks to all who came out to shop and dine locally over the holidays! Thanks to Kiwanis, Santa's helpers and all the Main Street elves for adding to the festivities. <https://mcusercontent.com/72d728eac0a891fc7cdd75517/images/ea2dbbf8-bddb-6174-8cd7-266662ae45ba.gif> The Port Townsend Public Library is coordinating the 29th Annual Uptown Gingerbread Contest again this year! There were many fantastic entries this year. Gift wrapping donations supported their great work helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
