1) 3-Year Term to Expire December 31, 2026; Peggy Webster, and
CORRECTION to REAPPOINTMENT (1) re: Housing Fund Board;
1) 3-Year Term to Expire December 31, 2025; Viki Sonntag
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
The Housing Fund Board (HFB) had two positions expiring on December 31, 2023. Staff advertised the two
positions with a deadline for applications on December 22, 2023.
ANALYSIS:
Staff confirmed there were no applications received by the December 22, 2023 deadline. The two HFB
members with expiring terms expressed interest in continuing to serve on the HFB.
In reviewing previous advisory board appointments to the Housing Fund Board, staff noticed a correction to
Viki Sonntag's appointment. The original approval of appointment was for a One-Year term to end
December 31, 2023. Per the HFB Interlocal Agreement, initial terms were staggered terms of one, two and
three years, but after the initial terms, they would be 3-year appointments. Ms. Sonntag's term should be
corrected to expire December 31, 2025.
RECOMMENDATION
HFB members and County staff recommend that the Board approve the following:
1. Peggy Webster—Three (3) Year Term expiring December 31, 2026
2. Viki Sonntag—Three (3) Year Term expiring December 31, 2025
