In order to build our house of exterior dimensions 36 ' X 46 ' (building plans are available for viewing) , we must apply for a varience to place it on our lot as our septic system is already installed and approved by the Jefferson County Health Dept . 1 . ) The structure must be placed 20 ' from the bulkhead (not on Hood Canal ) to faciltate the proper setbacks from the road and septic due to the irregular "pie-shaped" lot . See Bridghaven Division 7 overall sight plan . 2 . ) The design of our structure is compatible with all other structures on the "Spit" . We have designed a conventional structure which is not over any height restrictions , or any Bridgehaven restrictions . The design will not cause any adverse effects to the adjacent properties or the shoreline designation . Lot 25 and 26 are vacant , lot 23 is developed and owners Mr . & Mrs . J .
