public that the building located at 20 Hiddendale had not passed inspection and was not
certified by the county. The Jefferson County Building Code Ordinance and the Uniform
Building Code in effect required said inspection. The necessary corrections have been
made. Therefore the Notice to Title recorded on September 24, 1991 under Auditor's file
