The presence of large trees on the subject property indicated that it was not located within the floodway. Since the boundaries of the floodway and the 100-year flood plain appear to be identical in that area, it was determined that the subject property was not within the 100-year flood plain (see enclosed copies of FEMA maps #530069-0004 and #530069-0845). Enclosed map #530069-0845 has the relevant benchmark and base flood elevation information which would allow you to establish the elevation of Mr. Lee's residence should you choose to do so.
