Pursuant to notice given at the HCCC Board of Directors meeting held on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, and according to the Board's approval on November 16, 2022 and subsequent posting
of the meeting schedule, the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 1 p.m. Pacific, immediately followed by a Regular Meeting
of the Board of Directors. Details are below.
Meeting details:
The Annual Meeting of the Hood Canal Coordinating Council Board of Directors is scheduled for Wednesday, January 17, 2023, from 1 p.m. to 1:25 p.m. Pacific.
The Regular Meeting of the Hood Canal Coordinating Council Board of Directors will follow at 1:25 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Pacific.
The meetings will be held remotely and in-person using the same Zoom link and in-person location. All participants, including Board members, staff, presenters and members of the public
may participate remotely via Zoom video or call-in options. Public comment will be allowed during the public comment periods.
The Draft Agendas for the Annual Meeting and the Regular Meeting are attached (1 PDF). Meeting materials are posted in the January 2024 Board meeting folder linked here <https://hcccwagov.box.com/s/
