Would like to forward to all Commissioners an article evaluating WA rent stabilization. https://crosscut.com/news/2023/12/wa-rental-increases-cooling-affordability-crisis- remains MaS: The Outreach Subcommittee needs more people/involvement. RH: We will continue the discussions surrounding subcommittees at the 1/20 Planning Commission Retreat. 5. DCD Staff Updates: None PUBLIC COMMENT – GENERAL 6.
