When expressing concerns about making an effort to repair and upgrade a “60 year-old” pool, keep in mind that you and many others are working in a building that was built in 1892 and
on which vast sums of public money have spent to keep it in good condition.
“Good money after bad”? Why is prior spending on preservation of capital assets characterized as “bad money”?
