NOTICE of LOCATION CHANGE for HCCC Board of Directors Meetings on Jan. 17 from 1 to 4 p.m.
Below freezing temperatures caused sprinkler head breaks at the HCCC offices, rendering our conference room unusable (collapsed ceiling, water damage, etc.).
We are encouraging remote participation in the HCCC Board of Directors Annual and Regular Meetings on January 17. In compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act, and with thanks to
Kitsap County, we are able to provide a physical location with limited capacity as follows:

Located on the fourth floor of the
Kitsap County Administration Building

Open Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Annual Meeting of the Hood Canal Coordinating Council Board of Directors is scheduled for Wednesday, January 17, 2023, from 1 p.m. to 1:25 p.m. Pacific.
The Regular Meeting of the Hood Canal Coordinating Council Board of Directors will follow at 1:25 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Pacific.

Pursuant to notice given at the HCCC Board of Directors meeting held on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, and according to the Board's approval on November 16, 2022 and subsequent posting
of the meeting schedule, the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 1 p.m. Pacific, immediately followed by a Regular Meeting

Meeting details:
The Annual Meeting of the Hood Canal Coordinating Council Board of Directors is scheduled for Wednesday, January 17, 2023, from 1 p.m. to 1:25 p.m. Pacific.
The Regular Meeting of the Hood Canal Coordinating Council Board of Directors will follow at 1:25 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Pacific.
The meetings will be held remotely and in-person using the same Zoom link and in-person location. All participants, including Board members, staff, presenters and members of the public
may participate remotely via Zoom video or call-in options. Public comment will be allowed during the public comment periods.
