8:30 a.m. Meeting Called to Order by Chair – confirmation of committee quorum
I. Public Comment Period (15 mins) Public Comment Periods are dedicated to listening
to the public. Each person may address the Committee one time during this period. To
ensure equal opportunity for the public to comment, all comments shall be limited to two
or three minutes per person depending on the number of public in attendance
