WSAC Members,
WSAC is reaching out through the use of a survey is to gather information about future County costs related to the Clean Building Act Requirements. Buildings over 20,000 square feet
are implicated by the Act, and many county-owned public facilities easily exceed these size requirements and must comply. Across the state, county facilities are aging. Due to limited
resources, many counties are not financially capable of investing in robust maintenance and regular updating for systems efficiency and modernization. WSAC is working to advocate for
dedicated state funding to meet these requirements. Your answers to this survey will assist us in making an ask that is adequate in terms of addressing this issue. We understand that
we are asking for quick responses and appreciate your help in building our ask on this issue.
