Hi Greg, The attached seems like a reasonable request and that the Commission should make clear to staff and the public that Jefferson County will act in accordance with the Court’s order. I hope you will lead the effort to require Statesman to obey the law. On another matter, we recently ran across a website of a commercial enterprise offering fee based camping, pit toilet, shower facility, rustic cabins, tent sites and fire pits on a wooded rural residentially zoned five acre parcel adjacent to DNR forests near Quilcene. Wouldn’t this require review and permits from DCD and the Health Department?
