Hello, My name is Gene Kraft. I live in Port Townsend, just 10 minutes walk from Port Townsend Bay.
I support a standard CUP for all geoduck applications because the long term effects of Geoduck cultivation on the health of flora and fauna have not been thoroughly evaluated by scientific
study. The shellfish industry is not being a good steward of the Sound and is not being held accountable for the impacts of their operations. I am asking the board to take action that
ensures the continued health of the Puget Sound.
