Greetings Commissioners,
I write to encourage your unanimous support for a standard CUP regarding all future Geoduck Applications.
At its core It is a matter of fairness.
Both the applicant and the community deserve the opportunity to appear before a neutral hearing examiner
at a public hearing to feel confident the decision is based only on the record both written and testimonial.
