Update Hazards and Threats Plan
Review MUNIS Grant Module implementation
Update onboarding/offboarding procedures for personnel
Integrate department-wide Emergency Preparedness Response for public health and climate change crises
Support programs and services with relevant, targeted, and multimodal communications

Establish and sustain monthly budget tracking/projection meetings with Management and Staff

Collaborate with Fiscal Team on CHD’s program funding
Expand access to care by strengthening individual CHD programs
SBHC: new clinic at Blue Heron Middle School
HRS/SSP: expand services in South County, including mobile outreach
Further collaborate/define county-wide approach to climate change
Environmental Health
FPHS – Developing “Compassionate Compliance Program”
EPL and documenting work processes
Revising onsite septic code

Water Quality
Continue the Chimacum-Port Hadlock Pollution Identification & Correction project
Continue Water Quality Foundational Monitoring throughout the Clean Water District
Coordinate with WA DOH on response to pollution issues in commercial shellfish growing areas
Monitor lakes for harmful cyanobacteria blooms
Coordinate and monitor for shellfish biotoxins at recreational beaches; monitor marine swimming beaches as part of the BEACH Program
Natural Resources
Successful 23-25 NPC MCR funding rounds with 5 new projects
Conservation Futures Program funding cycle completed with 3 new grant agreements
Dosewallips River Floodplain has 3 active projects, now including Brinnon, to improve resiliency for fish habitat and the community
Active projects in the Middle Hoh River floodplain and in Port Hadlock

Human Services
Recruit and fill new Transition Specialist role to help create School to Work Programs in every Jefferson County school
Promote ACAC Grants enhancing accessibility for people w/disabilities throughout Jefferson County
Execute the 1/10th of 1% online data dashboard to enhance transparency and community engagement re: behavioral health
Community Health Improvement
Complete a 2019-2023 quantitative community assessment
Engage in focused surveys and community meetings to understand and address social determinants of health and social justice concerns
Continue COVID resiliency CHIP work
Youth Age Band: Youth mental health and suicide prevention
Immunizations Workgroup: Vaccine equity and collaboration with schools
