Do not open attachments or click on links if you are not expecting them. Susan Musselman Susan Musselman, LLC P.O. Box 2469 Mount Vernon, WA 98273 Dear Ms. Musselman: In your conversations regarding conducting a financial feasibility review of the proposed Port Townsend Healthier Together aquatic center proposal, we trust you have been informed of the other public pool(s) projects that are moving forward steadily. A $300 million development in southern Jefferson County will provide one or more public pools in just a few years from now. These will be far more accessible to 1/3, at least, of the county's population than a pool in isolated Port Townsend. The new pool(s) will also charge less than is being proposed for the Healthier Together aquatic center in Port Townsend. These new pool(s) are part of the Black Point development in Brinnon. Ballard*King and Opsis ignored this development. We trust that in your role as a protector of taxpayers from ill-conceived projects, you will take into consideration all facts and analyses bearing upon the financial feasibility of the proposed Healthier Together aquatic center proposal. If you have not been provided this information by the city of Port Townsend or Jefferson County, you should follow up with them in order to conduct a fully-informed, independent financial feasibility review. Sincerely, James R. Scarantino on behalf of the All County Citizens Alliance
