For public safety employees, information sharing can be a lifeline to getting the job done better, faster and safer. For public sector leaders, it can be instrumental in facilitating
conversations with constituents.
This was the case for Charlotte County (FL) Animal Control. When their old software was phased out, the department was forced to find a new solution – and ended up with one whose real-time
information sharing capabilities brought many benefits for the department and the county, including:

* Increased safety for officers in the field
