I am seeing positive signs about the potential for another significant investment for encumbered lands replacements and for preserving additional acres of older forests at risk of harvest. Now is the time to reach to Representative Tharinger and Senator Mullet. Please thank them for their work and let them know you support the House proposal for conservation of carbon-dense, structurally-complex forests and replacing encumbered state forestlands. Please tell them how important this program is to your county and how much you appreciate their support. Please send Representative and Senator Mullet your support today! We are hearing they will be wrapping up their negotiations tomorrow, so now is the time. Thanks for your help. Please let me know after you have expressed your support.
