Please make the decision to require a standard conditional use permit for geoduck farms. Hopefully this would provide some oversight in order to protect our precious waters and marine
life within. The massive areas of PVC tubes (could be considered a structure) and the method of harvesting, is quite detrimental to the eelgrass where forage fish spawn, a key species
