Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: No budget impact. Recommendation: Per JCC 8.10.060, "The solid waste transfer station, Quilcene drop box site, and recycle center hours of operation shall be set by the director of public works with approval by the board of county commissioners."
