Organization of FAC, FAC-T, WSF
FAC meeting schedule Decision: Regular FAC meetings to take place from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on the second Wednesday of every other month, starting Wednesday, September 11, 2019.
Review Open Public Meetings Act and Public Records Act as they apply to FACs
WSTC tariffs: proposed fare increases, capital surcharge Decision: Q1: Tie vote (same or different fare increases for fares of vehicles vs walk-ons) – preference of the Chair is 1
(same increase) Q2: 1 = Oct / May (increase fares in Oct. 2019 and May 2020)
Q3: 1 = $.15 capital surcharge (not $.25 as proposed by WSTC)
WSF "2019 Alternate Service Plan"
Service disruption for the week of June 23 "or longer"

Recommendations/comments regarding “Community Meetings - 2019-2020 Plan_DRAFT”
• Use as many types of media as possible to notify public of WSF-FAC outreach meetings.
• Encourage FACs to inform public of meetings via local groups, such as “Nextdoor”.
• WSF should contact Port Townsend City Hall to arrange use of City Council Chambers for “remote”
meeting participation when venue is Coupeville to allow use of presentation video screen.
• Use GoToMeeting during presentations to allow /Q&A participation by “remote” attendees
Additional action: Recommend that FAC Exec ask WSF Customer Service to provide regular feedback to local FACs so that concerns from customers to WSF can also be heard by FAC.
