Discussion and vote on proposal to support amending the Open Public Meetings Act
(OPMA) regarding FACs
Unanimous vote to soften the language of RCWs from “shall” to “should” to eliminate OPMA requirement.
Service disruptions (“Alternate Service”) for until at least Spring 2023; late sailings, but little to no extra service on festival weekends – e.g., Fiddle Tunes
Discussed, with much shaking of heads. “THING” festival in mid-August expecting at least 10,000. Parking at Keystone is limited. State park required Discover Pass.
