Following a discussion with PAO staff and SMP consultants, we have concluded that additional time is needed for review. Rather than choosing a date in April at this juncture, the plan
is to await a working draft of proposed amendments from the PAO that correspond with an adopting ordinance. Once DCD and consultants receive that document, we will estimate time needed
to complete the process, then schedule Board consideration of the ordinance.
To that end, the Clerk of the Board may remove the placeholder time on 3/25 for the SMP. Thank you.

Greetings Commissioners:
We have identified a need for additional time to prepare final SMP documents and an adopting ordinance for your consideration. In consultation with the Clerk of the Board, we have moved
the next SMP session from Monday 3/18 to Monday 3/25, 10:15a.
We are working towards posting documents to the SMP project webpage by Friday 3/15 in order to give ample time for public review.
