HomeMy WebLinkAbout601343013 Geotech Assessment Addendum~# A-~pectcc~r~sutt«g IfJ-DEPTH PERSPECTIVE May 10, 2007 Mr. Tom Eastgard 3967 EI Cimo Lane Bainbridge Island, Washington 98110 Subject: Geotechnical Review of Proposed Septic Field Layout 270 Harrington Drive Jefferson County, Washington Project No. 060266-003-01 Reference: SUBSURFACE EXPLORATIDNAND GEO7ECHNICAL ENGINEERING REPORT, Eastgard Property, 270 Harrington Drive, Jefferson County, Washington, dated January 17, 2007, by Aspect Consulting, LLC Dear Mr. Eastgard: We have received from Nathan Cleaver Septic Designs, Inc. a site plan dated 4/2/07, a listing of the soil logs prepared for the design, and a descriptive operating procedure for the septic system on the proposed residential project located at 270 Harrington Drive, in Quilcene, Washington. We had previously completed the referenced geatechnical report for the site in January 2007. At your request, we have evaluated the presented design as it pertains to the geotechnical slope stability of the site. The soil logs presented are consistent with our ob~rvations at the site. Based on the location and size of the pressure beds and with the control discharge rate to the bed, Aspect Consulting believes a properly installed and operated septic system (as detailed in the information provided to us) will not cause significant impact to the slope stability at the site.
