I’m writing on behalf of the HDC – to extend a special invite to you for the following event we have coming up in April. Thanks to many of you who have registered.
1. HDC’s 16th Annual Celebration: On Wednesday, April 17th, 11am-1:30pm 2023, we will be hosting nearly 1000 community and business leaders at the Seattle Convention Center for our Annual
Celebration where we will be celebrating what we have accomplished in the past year throughout the King County region, from the resounding approval of the Seattle Housing Levy and the
Covenant Homeownership Act to unprecedented state investments in affordable housing and supportive services, our collective efforts have left a lasting impact. We've played a pivotal
role at both local and state levels, advocating for robust affordable housing policy work and investment in East and South King County, among other accomplishments. Additionally, our
Housing Development Internship Program has seen significant growth, attracting, training, and retaining students from diverse racial and socio-economic backgrounds, paving the way for
opportunities within the affordable housing sector. It's clear that collectively, we are making a real difference. Let's celebrate these milestones with renewed energy and purpose
