STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
An opportunity to discuss the Central Services Department Work Plan for 2024.
ANALYSIS:
Central Services will discuss the departments work flow assigned within the department for the
year 2024. We will cover IT—telecommunications, GIS, Records Management and Public
Records; Fleet; Facilities and Capital Planning.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None
RECOMMENDATION:
Discuss the workplan as presented.
