Voters who pre-registered to cast their vote online should have received an email by mid-March. The email would be from “sierraclub.mg.electionservicescorp” and will contain a link to
the e-voting site along with your personal login information. Please check your spam folder or other email tabs if it has not arrived by the end of this week, March 31st.
All other voters should have received a paper ballot in the mail this March. The envelope will be marked with “2024 Sierra Club Board of Directors Election.” Please note: the paper ballots
are sent out in batches from the East Coast, so voting members will receive them at different times throughout the month.
If you received a paper ballot but would like to vote online, you can use the registration numbers you received in the mail to log on to the e-voting site <http://click.emails.sierraclub.org/?qs=7137

E-votes and paper ballots must be received by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on April 24th. If you vote by mail, be sure to send your ballot in early with enough time for it to arrive at the
facility in New York.
