Gate and 1 dog Description of Complaint The County Commissioners allowed my neighbor to proceed with building a 24 room hotel in a rural neighborhood with certain provisions. Ann was supposed to provide a 50 foot natural buffer between our properties. Instead, she took our pallet and deck boards, from our property, and created this eyesore right on the property line. This is in a small clearing that has been maintained by the property owners of our property for 50 years. Now, I can’t even mow our side and she is in clear violation of her property restrictions. I have also had an incident where one of her workers defecated in our creek bed. Perhaps, she could comply with rules regarding her commercial business in a neighborhood of private homes.
